How to use (Shop Owner)

1. 1 You need to create a Shop Owner account first to use shop features.
2. 2 Open Shop RFQs and submit your quote with price, delivery days, and notes.
3. 3 Track accepted/delivered/rejected quotes from dashboard and archives.
4. 4 Manage products, stock, and category coverage from your shop pages.
5. 5 Use Shop Settings to control availability, contact details, and what you sell.
6. 6 Open tickets and messages regularly to respond quickly to customers.
